There are three steps to the process: 1) Your at-home impression kit will arrive in a few days and we will guide you through the process at home. 2) You’ll mail the impressions back to our laboratory using the pre-paid return label. We’ll get to work on digitally designing your smile and hand crafting your veneers. 3) We’ll mail your Smilify Veneers directly to your home in about two weeks and you’ll start celebrating your new smile!

Yes, you do not have to leave your home to ship the impressions back to us. We supply you with a return label that you could use. Just leave the impressions box in your mailbox to be picked up.

Of course you could change the shade but please make sure to send us an email to notify us with your desired new shade as soon as possible. If we started making your veneers in the lab, it would be already too late.

Sadly no, as these would affect you making an accurate impression, or having a secure and accurate fitting product. If you currently have a fixed retainer of any kind you will need to wait until this is removed before you would be suitable to wear smilify Veneers.

If you already have a Smilify Veneer you can reorder one of the products at any time without having to take a new impression. Smilify saves a digital image of your impressions. For data protection reasons, these are only saved with your order number. Simply contact our support team by email. If your impressions are older than 18 months, we recommend that you send new impressions to Smilify due to the fit guarantee.

After Smilify Veneers receives your teeth impressions, and we make sure that they are accepted, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for regular order to manufacture and ship your appliance.

Impression Kit Guide

No worries! If there’s an issue with your impressions, we’ll notify you as soon as we receive them and our lab reviews them. If needed, we’ll send you a new impression kit at no additional cost to help you get back on track

Smilify Veneers are designed from your impressions so to fit precisely over your existing teeth. Yes, please make all the impressions in the kit. You have enough putty and trays for all the impressions. Even if you mess up an impression, please send it back to us so we have all the information about your existing teeth when we design your Smilify Veneers. The more accurate your impressions, the more exact fit your veneers will have over your teeth so they don't get loose in your mouth.

Your impression kit should come enclosed with a pre-paid return label. Please drop off your box with the appropriate carrier based on your label.

Use & Care

Eating most types of food is discouraged, most snap on veneers are cosmetic non Functioning appliance. You could eat only soft food like yogurt or apple sauce. It can not be used for eating food or chewing gum. Eating with your Smilify Veneers will wear down the appliance and could result in the possible fracture and/or cracking of the snap on veneers. It is best if you take out the veneers before you eat.

Yes, but only drink cold and warm drinks only. It’s strongly advised to avoid very hot drinks, as this may permanently damage your temporary veneers.

Yes, you can smoke while wearing Smilify Veneers, but keep in mind that frequent smoking may cause staining over time. To keep your veneers looking their best, we recommend cleaning them regularly.

To insert your veneers, slip the snap on teeth over your own front teeth and apply gentle pressure to snap the veneers in place. Sometimes during the insertion you may have to twist the veneers a little bit to find the perfect angle for proper application, but you should not have to force your veneers into place. When removing your snap on teeth, do so using your fingertips to gently pull down on both sides of your veneers at the back of your mouth to loosen them, then pull down on the front to completely remove them from your teeth.

We do not recommend sleeping with your veneers as your teeth need a chance to breathe at night. In addition, if you grind your teeth, you can break your veneers.

Your veneers slide right over your existing teeth and there's no reason for them to damage your teeth. We always recommend visiting your dentist regularly to maintain proper oral hygiene and care. Good oral hygiene at home and healthy food choices will contribute to healthy living.

It's easy to look after your Smilify Veneers to keep it looking its best. We suggest you wash it with warm (not hot or boiling) water after every use. Simply remove, rinse with water and use a soft bristle toothbrush (we offered) to remove any food residue from the inside of your veneers. You can then use disinfectant tablets - similar to those used for dentures - twice a week to remove any unseen bacteria.
