Shipping Costs

US Orders: Shipping is completely free for all customers within the United States. Canadian Orders: Shipping to Canada incurs a flat rate fee of $150. Important Note for Canadian Customers: The $150 shipping fee covers the outbound shipping of both your initial impression kit and your final custom veneers. However, Canadian customers are still responsible for the return shipping costs to send their teeth impressions back to our facility.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday. US Domestic Transit: Please allow 3-5 business days for transit. International Transit (Canada): Please allow 5-7 business days for transit. (Note: Transit times refer to the shipping duration only and do not include the time required to custom-manufacture your veneers after we receive your impressions.)

Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. You are responsible for the Products when delivery has taken place. In other words, any risk passes to you when you take possession of the Products (which includes if the Products are left on your property, such as an outbuilding or porch or left with a neighbor or local address within 1 mile).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Smilify Veneers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and other import duties) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Turnaround Time +
We ship all orders the next business day. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST).
Order Tracking +
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Carriers +
We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates +
All our standard shipments inside the United Stated of America are free of Charge. If you live outside the United States, an additional international shipping fee may apply. This fee will be displayed at checkout and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
How much does shipping cost? +
We will do our best to satisfy you and get you the smile that you look for and deserve. If you do not like your veneers, Smilify veneers is willing to remake them up to one time free of charge. If you wish to receive a refund, please check our refund policy or contact us at smilifyenterprises@gmail.com and we will assist you.
