The process
1.Order Your Teeth
Chose Top,bottom or both. Smilify smile come in 3 different shades, so you can choose which color works best for you.
2.Keep An Eye on Your Email & WhatApp
We’ll contact you after placing your order and keep you updated by email and WhatApp along the way.
3.Selfie
Upload images of your teeth to complete our assessment. Your images will help our designers make the best possible product for you.
4.Easily create your impression at home
Your impression kit will be dispatched in the mail typically the next business day of placing your order. Carefully follow the instructions, and take an accurate impression of your teeth. Our dental technicians need an accurate impression to make your bespoke veneers.
Please note we cannot make a product without an accurate impression!!
5.Let Us Check your impressions (within 72 hours)
Send us pictures of your impressions and your selfie, and we’ll check they’re right within 72 hours. When we approve your impressions, you post them back to us.
6.We’ll Get to Work (10-15 days)
Once we receive your impressions, our team of dental technicians get to work. We’ll spend time digitally scanning, designing and hand finishing your custom-made clip-on veneers. Once they’re ready we’ll send them to you within 15 days.
7.Clip-On Confidence
Your clip-on veneers will arrive, and you can clip them on and start smiling with confidence!
TIP: GIve your mouth time to adjust to the product, it can take some time to get used to wearing the product.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
We use a tracked courier service to deliver all Products to you. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout, and delivery updates will be sent to your registered email address.
We dispatch the self-impression kit within three (3) business days after receiving your order.
The standard production time for your final product is within fifteen (15) days from the date we receive an accurate impression from you.
If you live outside the United States, an additional international shipping fee may apply. This fee will be displayed at checkout and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. You are responsible for the Products when delivery has taken place. In other words, any risk passes to you when you take possession of the Products (which includes if the Products are left on your property, such as an outbuilding or porch or left with a neighbor or local address within 1 mile).

Turnaround Time
We ship all orders the next business day.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates
All our standard shipments inside the United Stated of America are free of Charge.
If you live outside the United States, an additional international shipping fee may apply. This fee will be displayed at checkout and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
How much does shipping cost?
We will do our best to satisfy you and get you the smile that you look for and deserve. If you do not like your veneers, Smilify veneers is willing to remake them up to one time free of charge. If you wish to receive a refund, please check our refund policy or contact us at smilifyenterprises@gmail.com and we will assist you.
