Canadian orders: Flat rate shipping fee of $150, covering both the initial impression kit and final custom veneers.
Canadian customers are responsible for return shipping costs of teeth impressions.

US domestic transit: 3–5 business days.

Return Timeline & Process
Once your return request is initiated, All items must be returned within 30 days of submitting your return request. If we do not receive your veneers within 30 days of your request, you will no longer be eligible for the return, and no refund will be issued.
Remake Limitations & Top/Bottom Arch Policy
You are not eligible for a return if you have requested remake of your SmilifyVeneers. You are eligible for up to remakes, and once your remake is initiated, you are no longer eligible for a refund or additional remakes. When ordering Top AND Bottom veneers, the veneers are designed to be worn together. Should you decide to return either top or bottom, we can no longer remake the other arch. We recommend remaking both arches before initiating any return. Once a return is processed, no further remakes are available.
Refund Processing & Timeline
Upon receipt of your returned veneers, Smilify will issue a refund to the original payment method on file, less the cost of the At-Home Impression Kit (retail $35) and all processing fees incurred during the order process ($120), as well as any rush processing or overnight shipping fees (if applicable). Please note that refunds cannot be issued to an alternative payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account by your financial institution.
