WARRANTY, REMAKE, AND RETURN POLICY

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosing Smilify Veneers!


We are delighted to be part of your smile transformation journey and remain committed to supporting you throughout the entire process. Before getting started, we encourage you to review our Terms and Conditions, which explain the guidelines, rights, and responsibilities related to using our website and services.

Smilify Veneers are intended solely for cosmetic purposes, providing an easy and non-invasive way to enhance the appearance of your smile. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or dental conditions, and should not be considered a replacement for professional dental care or treatment.

When you place your first order, you will receive an at-home impression kit to create your custom molds. We kindly ask that you complete and return your impressions within 45 days of receiving the kit. If you are currently undergoing dental treatment, we recommend waiting at least 7 days after your last dental visit before taking your impressions.

Once your impressions are received, our design team will carefully evaluate them to ensure they include all necessary details required to produce well-fitting cosmetic veneers. If the impressions do not meet our requirements, we will provide a replacement impression kit along with additional instructions to help you complete the process successfully.

After your order is finalized, you will receive your Smilify Veneers, which come with a 30-day warranty period (“Warranty Period”) to allow you time to evaluate your product and ensure you are satisfied.

If you have any questions at any stage of the process, our team is always available to assist you. Additional details regarding cancellations, remakes, and returns are provided in the sections below.

CANCELLATIONS

You can request to cancel your order within 120 days from the date of purchase by submitting a cancellation request form via Clicking Here. Any unopened impression kits are eligible for a full refund once they have been returned to us.

To qualify for cancellation, a completed request form must be submitted within the 120-day cancellation period. Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be processed. However, our team will still be happy to assist you in continuing your order if needed.

If your order is eligible for a refund, we will process a partial refund after deducting applicable processing fees as outlined below. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within three (3) business days after we receive your completed request (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Refunds cannot be issued to an alternative payment method.

Please note that once impressions have been submitted and approved, Pop On orders are no longer eligible for cancellation. At that stage, any cancellation or refund requests will be handled in accordance with the return policy outlined below.

REMAKES FOR VENEERS


We want you to love your new Smilify smile. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re happy to support you to one remakes within 30 days of receiving your veneers.

What is eligible for a remake?

You may request a remake within 30 days of delivery as long as your natural teeth structure has not changed since your original impressions were taken.

When remakes cannot be provided:

Remakes are not available in the following situations:

  • If your natural teeth have changed after impressions were made
  • If the veneers are lost, stolen, or damaged (including damage caused by pets or improper handling)

Payment plan requirement:

If you used a Partial.ly payment plan, your account must remain in good standing to qualify for a remake. If your payment plan is overdue or in default, it must be brought up to date or fully settled within the 30-day remake period before a remake can be processed.

How to Request a Remake:

Please contact us within 30 days after delivery and provide the specific adjustments you would like. Once we receive and confirm your request, we will begin the remake production process.


Important Notes:

  • If you ordered both upper and lower veneers, and only one arch does not fit properly, you may request a remake for that single arch only.
  • Returns and remakes cannot be processed at the same time. If you choose to return your veneers, you will no longer be eligible for any future remake service.

CHANGE YOUR VENEER SHADE

If you are satisfied with your current Smilify veneers but would like to explore a different shade, you may purchase an additional set at a discounted rate. Please visit our Spare Veneers page for more information. Spare Veneers are only produced using approved impressions and design files already stored in our system.

Not sure which shade to choose?

We also offer individual color samples through our website, allowing you to compare shades in person before placing an order. This helps you select the most suitable color with confidence before committing to a full set.

RETURN SMILIFY VENEERS

How to request a return?

If you wish to return your Smilify Veneers, you may submit a return request form within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, we must receive your completed return request within your 30-day warranty period.If you are outside of the 30-day window, please visit our Spare Veneers option for replacement solutions.


If you choose to place a Spare Veneers order, your original order will no longer be eligible for return, even if you are still within the 30-day warranty period. Please note,
If your order was purchased using a Partial.ly payment plan, and the account is in default, you will not be eligible for additional purchases or services until the outstanding balance is fully settled.


How Returns Work:

Once your return request is submitted, you will have 30 days to send back your veneers using your own chosen shipping method. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

If a remake has already been received, the order will no longer be eligible for any refund. No further refund requests will be accepted once a remake has been completed and delivered.

Refund details:
Once we receive your returned veneers, a partial refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable processing fees. Refunds cannot be sent to a different payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return (excluding weekends and holidays). After processing, it may take up to 10 additional business days for your financial institution to post the funds to your account. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


LOSS PROTECTION PLAN & REPLACEMENT VENEERS

Do we offer a Loss Protection Plan?

Yes. Smilify offers a Loss Protection Plan designed to give you peace of mind and protect your veneers against a single incident of loss, breakage, damage, or theft within one year of purchase.

Once you purchase a Loss Protection Plan, you will receive a one-time replacement code via email within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

No physical product will be shipped at the time of purchase. Instead, your replacement veneers will only be produced once you redeem your unique code.

You may use your code to order a replacement set of veneers in the shade of your choice. No proof of damage, loss, or theft is required to redeem your protection plan.

Important conditions

  • Each protection plan is valid for one-time use only
  • The code is linked to your original order and email address and cannot be transferred
  • Only one protection plan is allowed per order
  • Shipping fees may apply depending on your location

SPARE VENEERS

Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your Smilify Spare Veneers. If you have any concerns, we are here to help and provide support options.

Can I cancel my Spare Veneer order?

Yes, Spare Veneer orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.
If a Spare Veneer order is canceled prior to shipment, a $29 cancellation fee per arch will be applied to cover processing and handling costs.

Please note remakes for color changes are not available.

Spare Veneers can only be made using the impressions and designs we have on file. If you are having fitting issues or would like design changes, please email support@smilifyveneers.com and we will gladly provide you with the options we can offer.

If you returned your original Smilify Veneer order for a refund, you are no longer eligible for spare pricing and must place a new order.

Are My Spare Veneers Eligible for a Return? 

Return Spare Veneers

If you decide you would like to return your Spare Veneers, please see below under our deductions section for the processing fees associated with the return. Please note returns for color changes are not available.


Once you place a Spare Veneer order your original Smilify Veneer order is no longer eligible to be returned for a refund even if you are still within your 30 day warranty period. Please note, if you have a previous order that was financed with a Partial.ly payment plan and you are defaulted, you are not eligible to make any further purchases until the defaulted order(s) are paid in full.

DEDUCTIONS / PROCESSING FEES 

*Order cancellation fee: -$19*

*For each additional impression kit that was shipped to you: -$35

*For orders placed with Partial.ly, payment plan fee: -$99

*For re-opened Partial.ly payment plans, any reopen plan fee(s): -$99

*Top & Bottom Smilify Veneers or returned: -$120

*Top OR Bottom Smilify Veneers or returned: -$65


Order Cancellation fees or any additional impression kit fees will be waived if the impression kit is returned unopened within 30 days of your cancellation being processed.
