Smilify Veneers Return & Refund Policy

If you decide to return your Smilify Veneers, you will receive a full refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee, provided the following requirements are met:

• You must request your return and complete the return request form within 30 days of receiving your order.
• All items must be returned within 30 days of submitting your return request (click here to apply).

Note on Financing: If your order was financed through Partial.ly, the $99 non-refundable service fee charged by the platform is not included in the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Eligibility and Deadlines

To be eligible for a return, we must receive your fully completed request form within your 30-day warranty period.

• Returns are only available for your first order.
• Orders that have already undergone a remake are not eligible for a refund.
• If we do not receive the returned items within 30 days of your request submission, you will no longer be eligible for a return, and no refund will be issued.

Important Limitations

1. Remake Policy: If you have already requested your first remake of Smilify Veneers, you are no longer eligible for a return. You are entitled to a maximum of one remake; once a remake is initiated, you are no longer eligible for a refund or additional remakes.
2. Order Cancellation After Receipt: If you choose to cancel the order after receiving the finished product without returning the items, a $80 processing fee and a $20 impression kit fee will be deducted from your refund to cover production costs. As noted above, orders that have already been remade once are not eligible for a refund.
3. Top & Bottom Sets: When ordering both Top and Bottom veneers, the products are designed to be worn together. If you return only one arch (top or bottom), we can no longer remake the remaining arch as the synchronized design will be altered. Therefore, if you wish to return one arch and remake the other, we recommend completing the remakes for both arches before initiating a return. Once a return is processed, no further remakes are available.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt of your returned veneers, Smilify will issue a full refund to the original payment method on file, less any charges for rush processing, overnight shipping, or other related service fees.

• We cannot issue refunds to an alternate payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
• It typically takes up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account by your financial institution.
